Matthew A. Cervino is a Board Member at ICL and the Managing Director and Portfolio Manager of the US Value-Add Funds at BentallGreenOak. Matthew is responsible for evaluating, sourcing and structuring potential investment opportunities across the United States in all major property sectors for BentallGreenOak's Value-Add Funds.

Prior to joining BentallGreenOak, Mr. Cervino was a Principal at GreenOak Real Estate where they were responsible for evaluating potential investment opportunities for GreenOak in New York and South Florida. Matthew also worked in Real Estate Acquisitions. Mr. Cervino spent nine years at GreenOak prior to joining BentallGreenOak.

Prior to GreenOak, Mr. Cervino worked at Morgan Stanley as an Associate in the Real Estate Private Equity Group and as an Analyst in the Real Estate Private Equity / Investment Banking Group. Matthew spent four years at Morgan Stanley prior to joining GreenOak.

Matthew A. Cervino attended the NYU Stern School of Business from 2002 to 2006, earning a B.S. in Finance and Accounting. Matthew was a member of Pi Kappa Alpha during their time at NYU.
