Stephanie Mathews

Stephanie Mathews is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing + Customer Experience at ICON since December 2023, Stephanie previously held the position of Director of Brand Marketing at Eagle Eye Networks from April to December 2023. Prior experience includes multiple roles at Compass from May 2015 to April 2023, culminating in the position of Director, Growth Product Marketing + National Events. Stephanie also contributed to SOSH Architects as Marketing & Promotions Manager and began a career in marketing with New Era Cap as a Marketing Intern. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the College of Charleston, completed in 2013, and attended Nichols School from 2005 to 2009.
