Anne Browning

Anne Browning serves as the Manager of Corporate Governance and Company Secretarial at ICON plc since July 2022, overseeing a global portfolio of legal entities and managing SEC and stock exchange filings. Prior to this, Anne has held the position of Senior Company Secretary at Matheson from January 2018, providing legal advice to the Board and developing corporate governance processes. Anne's experience includes serving as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer at Centralis Group, where responsibilities encompassed advising on AGMs, managing statutory filings, and liaising with advisors. Earlier career roles included positions at Bank of Ireland and De Stafford Bridal, coupled with academic achievements including an MSc in Management and Corporate Governance from Ulster University and a BA in International Business and Languages from Technological University Dublin.
