Lindley Maglio

Chief People Officer at ICR

Lindley joined ICR in 2020 as Chief People Officer. In her role, she is responsible for developing and executing strategies focused on the holistic employee experience. Lindley has served as a senior executive across a broad spectrum of organizations, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. She has led human resources groups in highly competitive industries such as CPG, retail and luxury fashion, reestablishing the role of the HR function in order to contribute more strategically to growth. Immediately prior to joining ICR, Lindley was a key member of the team that successfully navigated the acquisition of Thom Browne by Ermenegildo Zegna.

As VP of Human Resources at L’Oreal USA, Lindley worked closely with the consumer marketing and brand communications teams, helping leadership work more effectively internally as well as with their agency partners. In doing so, she pulled from experiences earlier in her career working on the agency side at McCann.

Lindley is a certified executive coach with The International Coaching Federation. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Education from Colgate University.
