Meaghan Montegari

Meaghan Montegari joins ICR as a Managing Director of Access, where she will build a best in class investor access program for the firm. With over a decade of direct experience in corporate access and investor analytics, Meaghan has worked closely with corporates to identify potential shareholders, execute roadshows, assist in mergers, spins, acquisitions and coordinate major conferences.

Prior to joining ICR, Meaghan spent the majority of her career working on the sell-side at Citi, Bank of America/Merrill Lynch, Scotia Capital and most recently, Wells Fargo in both Equity sales and corporate access roles. Over the past ten years at Wells, Meaghan worked on a top ranked II team, where she handled every facet of the corporate access role; her primary focus was investor targeting and analysis.

Meaghan has served on a number of charitable boards and local organizations. She holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and minors in Communication and Spanish from Seton Hall University.
