Casey Harral

Casey Harral, MBA, serves as the Marketing Operations Manager at Idaho Central Credit Union since February 2020, having previously held the position of Marketing Operations Analyst. In this role, Casey oversees daily operations of digital marketing automation software and manages all Marketing Cloud Administrator operations. Prior experience includes serving as an Indirect Underwriter 2, where responsibilities included underwriting loans and managing a matrix environment with various teams. Prior to Idaho Central Credit Union, Casey worked at Smith's Food & Drug Centers from October 2013 to February 2020, first as Assistant Grocery Manager, directing team operations and merchandising, and holding positions as Journeyman Meat Cutter and Cashier/Bagger. Casey holds an MBA in Information Technology Management from Western Governors University, expected by January 2024, and dual Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Business Administration and Management, and Marketing/Marketing Management from Idaho State University College of Business, completed in December 2019.
