Allen Morgan is the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Idealab AZ, Inc., and has over 40 years of experience in Silicon Valley. Currently, they serve as a member of the Board of Directors and Managing Director of the New Ventures Group at Idealab, where they focus on incubating startups. They are also the Founder and Managing Director of Idealabx1, an early-stage VC fund, and work as a Startup Sherpa for various early-stage companies. In addition to their entrepreneurial endeavors, Allen holds academic positions at Keble College, Oxford, and the University of Oxford, where they teach courses in Entrepreneurial Finance. Allen earned degrees from Dartmouth College, the University of Oxford, and the University of Virginia Law School.
