Heike Brehmer has extensive experience in customer service and technical support within the IT sector. Currently serving as Head of Customer Service & Technical Support at IDEMIA since 2017, Heike previously held the same role at Oberthur Technologies The Netherlands B.V. from 2011 to 2017. Earlier positions include Manager Service Desk ICT at Trespa International BV (2002-2011), where responsibility involved IT service delivery and ITIL process management, as well as a change coordinator and project leader at KPN (1997-2002). Heike started the career as a support engineer for Novell (1995-1997) and contributed to end-user support and project management at Deutsche EXXON CHEMICAL GmbH (1991-1995) and BALM (1989-1990). Heike holds a BA in Economics and IT from DHBW Mannheim and has a solid educational foundation in Chemistry, French, Mathematics, and Social Studies.
