Kieran Sherlock

Kieran Sherlock is the Co-Founder and CTO of Acuant. Kieran has over 25 years of experience in the tech industry, including stints as a Senior Principal Engineer and Systems Architect at McAfee and Sr Software Engineer at Carnelian and General Magic. In July 2019, Acuant acquired IdentityMind Global, where Kieran had been serving as CTO and Co-Founder since November 2009. At IdentityMind, Kieran pioneered digital identities for financial transactions and built a fraud prevention and risk management platform that provided financial institutions and online merchants with real-time capabilities to effectively address the operational challenges of conducting online financial and payment transactions.

Kieran Sherlock completed a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Computer Science at Trinity College Dublin.
