Alex Fram

Alex Fram is a seasoned Software Interaction Designer with extensive experience in user experience and visual design across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Senior Software Interaction Designer at IDEXX since January 2019, Alex previously held the role of UX Architect at COFENSE, where significant contributions included the design of the PhishMe Playbooks feature, achieving a 92% reduction in training program setup time. Alex's design expertise also spans roles at Constant Contact, where a new email footer design resulted in a 265% traffic increase, and The MathWorks, where visual design was centered on Simulink and MATLAB. With a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design from the New England Institute of Art, Alex has built a strong foundation in creating impactful user experiences throughout a diverse professional journey.
