Amit Sukhija

Amit Sukhija is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in product management and operational excellence across several financial institutions. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Product Management at IDFC FIRST Bank since August 2021, Amit leads the Business and Institutional Segment. Previously held senior roles at AU SMALL FINANCE BANK and IndusInd Bank, contributing significantly to product development and compliance. Amit began a career journey at ICICI Bank, where responsibilities included compliance and risk management, as well as regional product management. Educational qualifications include an Executive Program in Leadership and Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management Kashipur and an MBA in Finance from IMS Roorkee.
