Steve Golumbeck

Steve Golumbeck is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and development. Currently serving as Vice President of Development at IDI Logistics since May 2022, Steve previously held the role of Vice President and Senior Construction Manager at Peak Construction Corporation from February 2014 to May 2022. Additionally, Steve was a Senior Construction Manager and LEED AP at Ryan Companies US, Inc. from July 2000 to February 2014, overseeing projects valued up to $70 million and managing various aspects such as business development, estimating, proposal writing, design management, team building, subcontracting, coordination, and project closeout. Steve Golumbeck earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from Iowa State University, attending from 1995 to 2000.
