Andrea D'Osualdo

Andrea D'Osualdo is a seasoned professional in immunology and biology with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and research sectors. Currently serving as Lab Head at Idorsia Pharmaceuticals Ltd since December 2019, Andrea previously held the position of Senior Scientist at Roche from June 2015 to November 2019. Prior to that, Andrea was a Staff Scientist and postdoctoral fellow at Sanford-Burnham Medical Research Institute from July 2009 to May 2015, and a Visiting Ph.D. student at the University of Lausanne from February 2007 to February 2009. Andrea's research journey began as a Research Fellow at Giannina Gaslini Hospital from July 2002 to January 2007. Academically, Andrea holds a Ph.D. in Human/Medical Genetics from Università degli Studi di Torino (2004-2008), a Master of Science in Molecular Biology from Università degli Studi di Genova (1999-2002), and a Bachelor of Science in General Biology from the same university (1996-1999).
