Umashankar Subramaniam

Umashankar Subramaniam is an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at Prince Sultan University since December 2018. With a strong background in electrical engineering, Umashankar has held various editorial and advisory roles, including Editorial Board Member for Energies MDPI, Member of the Board of Advisors for the Energy Section at Cell Press, and Associate Editor for IEEE Access and the Alexandria Engineering Journal. Additionally, Umashankar has served as an Expert Member for the International Federation of Automotive Engineering Societies and has experience as a Visiting Adjunct Professor at Saveetha School of Engineering. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. and an M.Tech. in electrical engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology, along with a Bachelor of Engineering from Government College of Technology, Coimbatore.
