Stuart Fleischmann

Stuart Fleischmann is an accomplished capital markets lawyer with a strong focus on Latin America and structured finance matters, having retired as a partner from Shearman & Sterling LLP in December 2021 after nearly 40 years. Currently, Stuart serves as a board member for Emerging Markets Investor Alliance and IESC, while also holding positions as a strategic business consultant and advisor with Two Tollers Advisory and Inversiones Atlantida SA, respectively. Additionally, Stuart is an active board member of the North American Chilean Chamber of Commerce and the Brazilian-American Chamber of Commerce, Inc. Educational credentials include an AB from Georgetown University and a JD from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law.
