Elena Garcia-Pont is an accomplished career advisor with extensive experience in human resources and career development. Since May 2015, Elena has been serving as a Career Advisor for IESE Alumni at IESE Business School while also mentoring at La Salle Technova Barcelona. As the founder of egp-, established in May 2011, Elena has been dedicated to supporting professionals throughout their career journeys. Elena held the role of Country Manager for 3 Day Startup Spain from January 2012 to May 2022, focusing on equipping university students with entrepreneurial skills.
