Grant DOUGLAS serves as the Principal Professor of Practice at IÉSEG School of Management since September 2021, while also acting as Co Director at the ICIE (IESEG Center for Intercultural Engagement) and a Council Member for the International Association of Cross-Cultural Competence and Management (IACCM) since early 2020. Additionally, Grant has held the position of Vice President at SIETAR-France since January 2014, with prior experience as general-secretary starting in 2005. An expert in intercultural communication, Grant has coordinated the Understanding Cultural Diversity module at IESEG and taught related courses at both ESIGELEC and Groupe ISA since 2000. Previous roles include developing intercultural communication programs at Lille Catholic University and education at Canterbury Christ Church University, where Grant completed postgraduate studies in Applied Linguistics - Intercultural Communication. Grant holds a DEA in Language and Civilisation of Anglo-Saxon Countries, a BA Hons in French, Management, and Theology from the University of Leeds, and a professional certificate in Intercultural Communication from The University of British Columbia.
