Joy Bhattacharjee has a diverse work experience spanning from 2014 to present. In 2014, they began as an Executive in Operations and Technology at Grameenphone Ltd, where they implemented the NPS (Net Promoter Score) tool and worked with the Business Intelligence team to correlate customer satisfaction with revenue growth. In 2016, they moved to Robi Axiata Limited as a Specialist in Business and Technical Data Analysis, Compliance and Assurance, where they worked on the Robi-Airtel Merger, a new E2E Network incident SLA measurement, and the implementation of a $5M BMC Remedy IT Service Management Suite. In 2018, they joined UCB Capital Management Ltd as a Research Associate, where they generated equity reports and interacted with institutional investors. In 2019, they joined IDLC Securities Ltd as a Research Associate, where they were promoted to primary analyst of the Industrial Sector, worked with Tellimer (formerly Exotix Partners) in collaborative research, and mentored a team in CFA institute Research Challenge - Bangladesh 2019. In 2020, they joined Business Inspection BD as a Content Writer & Analyst, where they wrote 10+ contents and planned strategy for 30+ contents. In 2021, they joined iFarmer as the Head of FP&A and Financial Service Lead, and in 2022 they joined On Deck as a Program Fellow, Iterative as a Bootcamp Participant, and Laconia as a Venture Fellow.

Joy Bhattacharjee has a diverse educational background. In 2006-2008, they attended Notredame College, where they obtained a Higher-Secondary School Certificate (HSC) in Science. From 2009-2014, they attended Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. In 2016-2019, they attended Institute of Business Administration, University of Dhaka, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance. They are currently enrolled in the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Program at CFA Institute.
