Seema Gaur

Seema Gaur has extensive work experience in the field of IT. Seema currently holds the position of Sr. Executive Director IT at IFFCO Tokio General Insurance Co. Ltd. Since 2015, they have been managing the IT transformation processes to drive growth and achieve business objectives, utilizing technologies such as AI, blockchain, and robotics. Seema has also launched apps for customers and distribution to streamline processes.

Prior to their current role, Seema worked at Indian Farmers Fertiliser Coop Ltd. where they held various positions, including Executive Director, Senior General Manager, General Manager (IT Services), Joint General Manager, and Head of IT. Seema joined the company in 1986 as a Graduate Engineer and gained experience in software development, system analysis, database administration, server and network management.

Seema Gaur completed a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering from 1982 to 1986. Later, they pursued a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) degree in Software Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani from 2012 to 2014.
