Stephanie Bird, CPA CA ICD.d, possesses extensive experience in financial leadership and corporate governance. Currently a member of the Board of Directors at IGPC Ethanol Inc., Stephanie has held key positions including Chief Financial Officer at UGE and Cloud DX, as well as Senior Vice President of Operations at Kognitiv Corporation and Vice President of Finance at G Adventures. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the Schulich School of Business at York University and has been recognized as a Chartered Professional Accountant by CPA Canada since 1995.
