Mauricia Grzinic

Mauricia Grzinic is a Global Operations Development Leader at IKEA, where they also lead customer support transformation projects. They previously served as an Acting Business Line Manager and Sales Leader at Ikano Bank. With extensive experience in sales and management roles at EF Education First and IKEA, Mauricia oversaw significant projects, including the establishment of eCommerce strategies and initiatives. They hold a Master's degree in Business Administration from Lund University and have studied Business Administration at the University of Ottawa.
