Mickey Turner

Mickey Turner currently serves as the Wide Receivers Coach and Co-Special Teams Coordinator at Illinois State University since February 2023. Prior to this role, Mickey was an Assistant Football Coach at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from January 2015 to February 2023 and at the University of Pittsburgh from August 2012 to December 2014, where responsibilities included Assistant Director of Player Development and Coaching Assistant. Earlier experience includes a position as Ground Team Project Manager at Emerson and a role in Global Analytics at Peabody Energy. Mickey holds an MBA in Operations and Supply Chain Management from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Entrepreneurship from the Wisconsin School of Business.
