Michelle Niles

Michelle Niles currently serves as the Director of Corporate Trade Compliance at ITW, a position held since May 2024. Previously, Michelle held the role of Senior Trade Compliance Manager at Tenneco from 2018 to May 2024, leading the Americas trade compliance program for the company focused on advancements in global mobility. Prior to Tenneco, Michelle was the Trade Compliance Manager - Global at Shure Incorporated from 2015 to 2018, overseeing trade operations and export program development. Michelle's experience also includes a tenure at Motorola Solutions from 2010 to 2015 as Global Trade Compliance Manager for the Americas, specializing in valuation, transfer pricing, and customs compliance, as well as a position at Motorola from 2006 to 2010 as Global Trade Compliance Manager for the USA and Canada, where import compliance was emphasized. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Logistics/Supply Chain/Transportation and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science (U.S. Foreign Policy) from Iowa State University.
