Stephen Cheeseman is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in compliance and legal leadership across various sectors. Currently serving as Head of Legal and Compliance at both illustrate inc and thinktum, Stephen has also held significant roles such as Advisory Board Member for the IAPP in Canada, Executive Committee Member of the Ontario Bar Association, and VP Legal and Compliance for Canada Protection Plan. Stephen's prior experience includes senior positions at HSBC Retail Banking and Wealth Management, Foresters Financial, and Clarica Financial Services, where excellence in regulatory compliance, risk management, and business process initiatives was demonstrated.
