Marko Heikkinen has extensive experience in the security and technical support sectors, currently serving as a Technical Trainer & Project Support at iLOQ since September 2013, where responsibilities include technical support and training management. Prior roles include Project Manager at Turvaykköset Oy from January 2011 to September 2013, as well as various positions at Avainaitta Oy, including Key Account Manager (January 2009 - December 2010), Supervisor (August 2008 - December 2008), and Project Assistant (June 2002 - September 2008). Additionally, Marko held roles at Arvolukko Oy as a Security Technical Assembler and Electronical Locksmith (February 2000 - July 2002) and as an Electronical Locksmith (September 1990 - June 1996). Marko began a career in locksmithing in June 1996.
