At imagine by Northpoint, the same highly-acclaimed clinical treatment that Northpoint is known for within their recovery & mental health treatment programs, has been scaled down and adapted to the needs of an adolescent and teen population. 

Imagine by Northpoint offers a safe and therapeutic environment in which clients ages 12-17 can engage in extended outpatient treatment for mental health & behavioral health disorders and return to healthy, thriving lives.
 
Day treatment programming includes group participation, schooling, individual sessions, case management, psychiatric care, nursing care, and family therapy.

Treatment is delivered by an interdisciplinary team of NCQA credentialed providers who use evidence-based treatment and criteria.

Individual, group and family-focused therapy sessions, onsite nursing care and crisis intervention are available for increased psychiatric symptoms, suicidal/homicidal ideation, and limited community resources. 

The PHP program is a maximum of 30 hours per week (5 days per week, 6 hours per day) and a full continuum of care is offered upon completion of the PHP program.

This team ensures that high standards are maintained across all facets of the adolescent and teen outpatient treatment programs, from admissions and outreach to ongoing patient care and alumni services. They coordinate efforts across different departments to optimize resource utilization and enhance patient outcomes, ensuring that the organization's mission of providing top-tier mental health and behavioral health treatment is met consistently.

Corporate Management and Operations

The Behavioral Health Team at Imagine by Northpoint is responsible for delivering therapeutic services to adolescents aged 12-17 who are undergoing treatment for mental and behavioral health disorders. This interdisciplinary team, comprised of MSWs, LCSWs, and Pediatric Behavioral Health Educators, provides individual, group, and family therapy sessions, case management, and crisis intervention. Utilizing evidence-based approaches, they offer comprehensive support including psychiatric and nursing care to ensure clients can progress towards healthier, thriving lives.
