Patricio Dujan

EVP, Customer Success at Imagine Learning

Patricio Dujan is currently the EVP of Customer Success at Imagine Learning. Prior to this, they were the SVP of Professional Services Operations at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt from January 2015 to December 2019. Patricio was responsible for establishing and overseeing processes, systems, and protocols that ensured the effective delivery of HMH Services. This includes leading a team of 52 full-time and 25 part-time employees responsible for staffing and scheduling pre-sales and services events; ordering and tracking materials; partnering with remote regional services teams to support accounts; managing warehouse dedicated to professional services material fulfillment, process and system improvements; and reporting and analyzing data.

Prior to their time at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, Patricio was the General Manager at Math Solutions from January 2011 to December 2017. Patricio was responsible for managing a $20M math professional development organization consisting of 50 full-time and 150 part-time employees responsible for sales, marketing, service delivery, finance, operations, and content development. The Scholastic Education Division was acquired by Houghton Mifflin Harcourt in June 2015 and Patricio retained their position beyond the acquisition. Patricio then held dual roles as General Manager and SVP of Services Operations.

Patricio Dujan has a Master of Arts in International Affairs with International Management Concentration from UC San Diego School of Global Policy and Strategy (GPS) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Spanish - Double Major from University of California, Berkeley.
