Ben Bryant

Ben Bryant is a Professor of Leadership and Director of the IMD CEO Learning Center at the Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne, having served in this role since July 2006. With nearly 20 years of experience at IMD, Ben Bryant has significantly contributed to the advancement of CEOs and their teams through flagship leadership programs such as Mobilizing People and the Transformational Leader program. Prior to IMD, Ben Bryant was a Fellow at London Business School from 1998 to 2006, directing the Global Business Consortium and collaborating with notable scholars. Ben Bryant's earlier experience includes conducting research at the Australian Graduate School of Management, where studies focused on leadership and teamwork. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Organisational Change from London Business School, an MBA in Management from AGSM @ UNSW Business School, and various degrees related to education and arts.
