Jessica Flesch Novaes

Jessica Flesch Novaes is a civil engineer and university professor with extensive experience in geotechnical engineering and academia. Currently a partner at Projekt Engenharia since July 2019 and a professor at IMED since January 2017, Jessica also served as a coordinator for the undergraduate civil engineering program at Triunfo Concepa from August 2015 to February 2019. Prior roles include civil engineer positions in various companies, with expertise in road construction and environmental assessments, and academic involvement as a research intern supported by CAPES. Jessica holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande and a Master's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Geotechnics from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, complemented by a professional development course on real estate incorporations at FGV.
