Chief Customer Officer at Immuta

Will Rahim is the current Chief Customer Officer at Immuta. Prior to this, they served as Senior Vice President, Global Customer Success at Delphix from May 2016 to November 2021. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of Xsigo’s services business, including Support Services and Professional Services. Will was also accountable for financial performance and putting in place the necessary infrastructure and business processes to support customer acquisition and retention.

Before Delphix, Will served as Senior Vice President, Customer Experience at CDNetworks from September 2013 to May 2016. In this role, they led the Sales, Global Marketing, Customer Success Management, Customer Support and Solution Engineering organizations. As the customer champion, they were singularly focused on driving customer satisfaction and loyalty by fostering a culture of "customer-first" attitude across all lines of businesses, both internally and externally.

Prior to CDNetworks, Will served as Vice President, Global Services and Support at Xsigo Systems from April 2010 to September 2013.

Will Rahim received their Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from San Jose State University.

Will Rahim reports to Matthew Carroll, Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Moritz Plassnig - Chief Growth Officer, Michael Dooley - SVP, Alliances, and Steve Touw - Founder & Chief Technical Officer.
