Head of Service Delivery & Cloud Services at IMPACT

Belinda Adserballe is currently the Head of Service Delivery & Cloud Services at IMPACT. Prior to this, they worked as an IT supporter at Danske Bank from November 2009 to November 2015. In this role, they provided inbound first level technical support of self-service products for brands such as Danske Bank, Danica Pension, and Realkredit Danmark. Belinda was also the communication coordinator of all written enquiries from external and internal customers, which included written communication in both English and Danish, cooperation with other departments, education of new members in the mail taskforce, maintenance of knowledge database and solution documents.

Belinda Adserballe has a Master's Degree in Corporate Communication from Aarhus University. Belinda also has a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy from Aarhus University. Belinda graduated from high school with A levels in Maths and English, and they have certification from Microsoft in Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals. Belinda also has certification from Sitecore in Sitecore XP 8 Advanced User (CAU). Finally, they have certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in ITIL Foundation, version 3.

Henriette Haugstrup - Service Delivery Consultant, Kristian Schmidt Larsen - Director, Service Delivery report to Belinda Adserballe. They are on a team with Peter Fynboe Sølling - Head of IT & Solution Consulting, Lars Cimber - Director, Cloud Commerce & SalesForce, and Søren Svenningsen - CFO.
