Rafael Rietmann

Rafael Rietmann's work experience begins with their current role as Diretor de Desenvolvimento e Novos Negócios at Futura Energia, where they have been employed since November 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Impacto Energia, starting in 2016, where they held various positions including Solar Energy, Business Development and Marketing Manager. In this role, they were responsible for managing the company's solar energy sector, developing new business models, and establishing partnerships within the industry. Rafael also served as the Coordenador de Marketing e Desenvolvimento de Negócios, where they developed and implemented marketing strategies and plans, analyzed potential opportunities, and oversaw project development.

Before joining Impacto Energia, Rietmann worked at Rietmann Consultoria as the Diretor Executivo starting in June 2014. In this role, they attracted new clients, developed project timelines, created business plans, and implemented solutions based on client needs. Rafael'searlier experience includes working at ERB - Energias Renováveis do Brasil, where they held the positions of Analista Comercial, Analista de Marketing, and Desenvolvimento Industrial e Agrícola. In these roles, they focused on developing new business opportunities, adjusting production plans, and managing marketing and communication initiatives.
