Alvin Winans

Alvin Winans currently serves as Senior Director of Quality Assurance at Imperial since October 2025. Previously, Alvin held several leadership positions at Mustang Survival, including Senior Vice President Manufacturing for Florida and Plant Manager, from November 2022 to October 2025. Other notable roles include Plant Manager at Stanbury Uniforms Inc. (August 2021 - November 2022), Manufacturing Manager at JUNK Brands (October 2020 - June 2021), and Director of Engineering and Quality Assurance at Atlanco (March 2019 - March 2020). Previous experience includes Sr. Manager Global Quality Assurance at New Era Cap, Production Engineer at Chico's FAS Inc., and various QA roles at Walmart and Atlanco. Alvin holds a B.S. in Business Administration from The University of Southern Mississippi, graduated in 1981, and is a graduate of Biloxi High School.
