Arlette Somarriba serves as the Corporate, Co-Lead SOX Coordinator & Internal Auditor for Imperial Oil, an ExxonMobil affiliate, since 2012, following a progressive career in finance and accounting within the ExxonMobil organization. Notably, Arlette played a critical role in various financial analysis and reporting functions, enhancing internal processes and governance across multiple divisions, including a significant promotion achieved within just one year of joining Imperial Oil. Prior experience includes serving as Country Controller for Esso Standard Oil in Honduras and Nicaragua, where leadership yielded top-tier departmental rankings and significant tax savings. Arlette's background also includes participation in GE's Operation Management Leadership Program, contributing to operational efficiencies and quality improvements. Arlette holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Florida, among other academic achievements.
