Danielle Soon

Danielle Soon is a seasoned professional in product development and quality assurance with extensive experience at Impossible Foods since August 2014, progressing through roles such as New Product Introduction Program Manager, PLM Program Manager, and Senior Research Associate. Prior to this, Danielle worked as a Quality Control Laboratory Technician at Spectrum Laboratories, ensuring the quality of hollow fiber filter modules, and gained experience in academic mentoring and research assistance at UC Merced. Danielle began a career in pharmaceuticals as a Pharmacy Technician Intern at Kaiser Permanente. Danielle holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry from the University of California, Merced.
