VP Of Platform Engineering, Product And Operations at Improbable

Danielle Cheah has a diverse work experience in the technology and gaming industry. Danielle currently serves as the VP of Platform Engineering, Product, and Operations at Improbable, where they oversee the development and management of their main technology product. Prior to this, they held the role of Director of Technology and Operations, where they helped transition the Game Content business unit into the new Metaverse Group business unit. Danielle also worked as the Head of Technology Operations, Game Studios at Improbable Worlds Ltd. Before joining Improbable, Danielle worked at Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Software Engineering Manager, leading the Lumberyard Team in London. Danielle also gained experience at Amazon, where they served as a Sr Technical Program Manager, co-managing and setting up the Lumberyard London team. Danielle has also worked at Square Enix, Ninja Theory, Slightly Mad Studios, Agilent Technologies, and Intel Corporation, gaining extensive experience in various technical and leadership roles.

Danielle Cheah has a BSc degree in Software Engineering from Coventry University, which they obtained from 2002 to 2005. Danielle also has an MSc degree in Games Programming (1st Hons) from The University of Hull, which they obtained from 2007 to 2008. Additionally, they hold certifications as a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) and a Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC) from the Scrum Alliance. Danielle is also a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) certified by Six Sigma.
