Jacqueline Buchanan

Jacqueline Buchanan is an accomplished communications and public relations professional with extensive experience in driving engagement and strategic initiatives. Currently serving as the Director of Experience and Engagement and Director of Communications and Wellness Experience at In-Shape Family Fitness since May 2017, Jacqueline leads efforts in strategic communications, public relations, and wellness programs. As the Managing Director of Buchanan Communications since June 2016, Jacqueline provides consulting services in PR, brand strategy, and content marketing for various clients. With previous roles as Account Director at Burson-Marsteller and Corporate Affairs Executive at CSC, Jacqueline has managed campaigns for diverse sectors, including consumer tech and wellness. Jacqueline holds a B.A. in Psychology and Communication from UC Santa Barbara, and an M.A. in Strategic Public Relations from the University of Sydney, complemented by studies at the University of Cambridge.
