Kirk Nielsen

Kirk Nielsen has served as a member of the board of directors since September 2011. Mr. Nielsen has been a Managing Partner at Vensana Capital, a medtech-focused investment firm, since January 2019, and a Managing Director of Versant Ventures, a healthcare-focused venture capital firm, since January 2011. He currently serves as a board member for several private companies including: Metavention, Monteris Medical, Respicardia, and Veran Medical Technologies. Mr. Nielsen received an A.B. from Harvard College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
