Tom Belka

Tom Belka joined Incapital in 2000. He directs the firm’s financial activities, including general accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, and preparation of regulatory and management financial statements. In addition, he oversees the risk management group and back-office operations.

Prior to joining Incapital, Mr. Belka served as Assistant Vice President in ABN AMRO’s futures accounting division and as an auditor in the financial surveillance group for the Chicago Board of Trade, now the CME Group. He also spent four years in the U.S. Air Force.

Mr. Belka is a CPA (inactive), has a BS in accounting from the University of Illinois at Chicago, an MBA from the University of Illinois, and has attended the Emerging CFO program at Stanford University.
