Michael Rastenis

Michael Rastenis has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 1998. Michael began their career at RAND Worldwide as the Director of Operations before being promoted to Vice President of Operations. Michael then worked as a self-employed Senior Sales Executive from 2004 to 2010. In 2010, they joined Inceptra as a Senior PLM Sales Executive, providing Dassault Systemes Product Lifecycle Management solutions to clients. Throughout their tenure at Inceptra, they achieved various accolades including membership in the 3 Million Dollar Club and Sales MVP for Inceptra and Dassault Systèmes. Alongside their professional career, Michael also served as a board member and treasurer for the non-profit organization, East Chatham Baseball, Inc.

Michael Rastenis pursued their education at the University of Michigan-Dearborn from 1984 to 1990. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Later, from 1990 to 1993, they attended Wayne State University, where they earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance.
