Patrick Costello

Patrick Costello has a diverse and extensive work experience in the software and technology industry. Patrick started their career in 1987 as an Application Engineer at Control Data Corporation. From 1995 to 1998, they worked at Rand Technologies as a Regional Engineering Manager, where they rebuilt and grew the technical team and provided technical sales and support for CAD/CAM and FEA projects.

At Rand Worldwide, Costello held multiple roles. From 1998 to 2001, they served as the UK/IRL Country Manager, where they restructured the UK business plan and achieved 200% annual revenue growth. Patrick also negotiated outsourcing agreements and royalty splits to support sales activities in Europe. From 2001 to 2003, they were the Director of the Rand Consulting Group, where they developed and sold consulting products to offset declining software revenues.

Afterwards, from 2003 to 2005, Costello worked as the Director of Business Development at Rand Worldwide, focusing on transitioning the IT Solutions group to a profitable software reseller and generating a significant increase in email archiving solutions profits.

Moving on to PTC, Costello was the Director of Business Development from 2005 to 2009, responsible for the Authorized Training Partner program and PLM eLearning software sales. Patrick implemented new sales campaigns and practices that doubled software revenue from new modules in just two years.

Finally, Costello joined Inceptra in 2010. Patrick started as the Professional Services Director, building and leading a large team of consultants, instructors, and sales representatives. Patrick also implemented new consulting procedures and practices, including the deployment of project accounting and management systems. Additionally, they served as the Account Representative & SIMULIA Brand Sales Manager, achieving multi-million dollar quota attainment through sales of enterprise PLM and FEA simulation software and services. Patrick received several awards for their performance, including Top Revenue Producer and Top PLM Sales.

Patrick Costello obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, where they studied from 1982 to 1987.
