Arthur Melo is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in network security, systems administration, and technical support. Currently serving as a Support Engineer at Incognito Software Systems since June 2018, Arthur has expertise in software implementation and project management, working closely with clients to deliver quality services. As Chief Information Officer at M2TS, responsibilities include risk auditing, security compliance, and the development of advanced security solutions. Previous roles include Infrastructure Analyst at Gigacom do Brasil Ltda and Network Manager at UNCISAL, showcasing a strong foundation in server management, virtualization, and vulnerability assessments.
