MacIej Świnder

Maciej Świnder has extensive experience in various engineering roles. Maciej is currently serving as the Technical Engineering Lead at Incora since June 2020. Before joining Incora, they worked at Paragon Medical as a Project Manager from August 2019 to January 2020, and prior to that, they held the position of NPI Manufacturing Engineer at the same company from May 2017 to August 2019. Maciej also served as a Machining Process Engineer at WABCO from May 2015 to June 2017 and as a Milling Process Engineer at Faurecia from October 2013 to May 2015. Maciej started their career as a CAD/CAM Programmer at Rawlplug S.A. from January 2013 to September 2013.

Maciej Świnder completed their Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering and Machine Building from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology from 2007 to 2012. In 2014 to 2015, they pursued postgraduate studies in Quality Management from the same university. Maciej also attained a postgraduate degree in Programming of Numerically Controlled Machine Tools from Poznan University of Technology from 2012 to 2013. Additionally, they completed a course in Project Management and the Theory of Constraints at Uniwersytet WSB Merito Wrocław in 2018 to 2019. Maciej also holds certifications in Green Belt from OpEx Group, PRINCE2 from AXELOS Global Best Practice, Project Management from MANDARINE Project Partners, and SolidCam from Premium Solutions.
