Ross Warner, holding certifications CTS-I and MCP, has accumulated extensive experience in unified communications and customer service. Currently, Ross serves as the Manager of Unified Communications at Incyte since November 2020, following a tenure as Sr. Unified Communications Engineer. Prior to Incyte, Ross worked at IVCi as an Onsite Client Services Support Technician and held the position of Service Coordinator at Visual Sound. Ross's career began at Aviom, where responsibilities included National Sales Manager and Customer Service Representative, focusing on order entry and international shipping. Additionally, Ross served as Secretary and Audio Engineer at Moxart, Inc., overseeing operational and technical aspects of live performances. Ross earned a B.S. in Music Industry (Technology) from Drexel University between 2004 and 2008.
