Sascha Rebitzer

Sascha Rebitzer is a distinguished professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical field. Currently serving as the independent owner of Engel Apotheke since January 2022, which has been a vital healthcare provider in Salzburg since 1805, Sascha has also held the position of qualified managing director at Incyte since June 2016. Prior experience includes roles as a retail pharmacist from October 2001 to December 2021 and a qualified managing director at ARIAD Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from August 2013 to June 2016. Leadership experience in hospital pharmacy management was gained as the head of the hospital pharmacy and the head office at the Vienna Hospital Association from October 1999 to December 2012. Educational qualifications include a doctorate in pharmaceutical chemistry, a certified hospital and health manager, and a pharmacy degree, all obtained from the University of Vienna, complemented by an executive education at INSEAD.
