Zhihong Vicki Lai

Zhihong Vicki Lai is an experienced pharmaceutical professional currently serving as Executive Director at Incyte since August 2021, previously holding the position of Senior Director in Clinical Development for Inflammation and Autoimmunity. Prior to Incyte, Vicki spent six years at GlaxoSmithKline as Director of Clinical Development in Immunoinflammation and held various roles including Director of Medical and Scientific Affairs at Worldwide Clinical Trials, Inc. and Associate Director in Enzymology and Mechanistic Pharmacology at GlaxoSmithKline. Vicki's early career includes a position as Principal Scientist at Bristol-Myers Squibb and as a Senior Scientist at DuPont Pharmaceuticals Company. Vicki completed a Ph.D. in Chemistry at Texas A&M University and earned a BS in Chemistry from Shandong University.
