Erika Bedoya

Erika Bedoya serves as the Presidenta de la Comisión de Protección al Consumidor 1 at Indecopi Oficial, having held various leadership roles within the commission since April 2017, including Vicepresidenta and Miembro. Additionally, Erika Bedoya is the Directora académica del campus Villa at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas and oversees the Maestría en Derecho de la Empresa at Postgrado UPC. With extensive experience as a national arbitrator, Erika Bedoya has been involved with Centro de Arbitraje CCL and AmCham Perú and has previously worked in communication and training roles at the Organismo de Evaluación y Fiscalización Ambiental. Erika Bedoya's academic background includes a Doctorando in Administración de Negocios and multiple postgraduate degrees in law and education.
