Gaurav Pandey

Gaurav Pandey is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational excellence within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as the BU PMO Lead for New Initiatives at Indegene since June 2022, Gaurav previously held the position of Manager - Operational Excellence at SUN PHARMA, where responsibilities included overseeing five manufacturing sites and leading various improvement initiatives such as PACE and TPM projects. Prior experience includes roles at Cipla as Deputy Manager, where Gaurav led Lean Six Sigma projects across two manufacturing plants, and positions at Encube Ethicals Private Limited and Fresenius Kabi in production-related roles. Gaurav's academic background includes a Master of Pharmacy from Mandsaur University and ongoing education in Six Sigma methodology.
