Manoj Aggarwal

Manoj Aggarwal has a diverse work experience in different roles and companies. Manoj joined Indegene in 2020 and started as a Project Manager until December 2021. Manoj then took on the role of Project Lead starting in January 2022. Prior to Indegene, Manoj worked at WNS Global Services from 2015 to 2020. Manoj started as an Associate in May 2015 and progressed to become a Senior Associate from October 2016 to December 2018. From January 2019 to April 2020, they served as a Lead Associate. Before joining WNS, Manoj worked at Reliance Mutual Fund as a Relationship Manager from March 2014 to April 2015.

Manoj Aggarwal obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Dav Institute of Engineering and Technology, Jalandhar. Manoj attended this institution from 2008 to 2012. Following that, from 2012 to 2014, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with a specialization in Finance and Marketing from ICFAI Gurgaon.

In addition to their formal education, Manoj Aggarwal has obtained several certifications. Manoj completed the PMP® Certification Training Course from Simplilearn in May 2021. In March 2020, they obtained the certifications for Lean Six Sigma: Analyze, Improve, and Control Tools, Operational Excellence Foundations, Project Management Foundations: Budgets, and Power BI Data Modeling with DAX from LinkedIn. In February 2020, they acquired the certifications for Product Management: Customer Development, Project Management Simplified, and Learning Microsoft Power BI Desktop from LinkedIn. Furthermore, in November 2019, they obtained the certifications for Lean Foundations and Lean Six Sigma Foundations from LinkedIn. Lastly, they completed the Google Analytics Essential Training in October 2019 from LinkedIn and the NISM VA certification from the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) in March 2018.
