Phyllis Andrews

Phyllis Andrews is an experienced professional in engagement and digital operations, currently serving as the Director of Engagement Operations and Director of Digital Operations at Independent Health since December 2012. Key contributions include developing and executing digital strategies, managing medical management operations, and implementing significant business process improvements that resulted in substantial cost savings. Prior to Independent Health, Phyllis served in various leadership roles at M&T Bank, including Vice President of Telephone Banking Center Manager and Online Product Manager, where responsibilities encompassed enhancing customer engagement, managing online strategies, and implementing process improvements. Phyllis holds an MBA in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School and a BA in Economics and Public Administration from Miami University.
